Request.Path in Sort URL

The URLs that the sorting uses do not include the request.path values. So the ?grid-column=blah querystring is always added to the naked path: <a href="?grid-column=blah">.

Is there some provision to get the proper view's subfolder and IDs included in the href? i.e. <a href="/Order/View/123?grid-column=blah">

I can't see it looking at the sorting renderer:

Would be excellent if there was a template which allowed me to add my on paths a la _GridPager.cshtml.
